About Me - Jenny Kotulak

I have been helping clients buy and sell homes in the Oakville area since 1989. I have experienced all types of markets and have successfully and strategically guided clients through real estate transactions in difficult economic times.

Raising 4 children in Oakville, I am able to share first hand experience and knowledge of everything that the Oakville Community has to offer.

Having personally undertaken the task of renovating both new and older homes, I'm able to advise you where to spend your money to get the most return when re-selling.

Volunteering and leadership development are very important aspects of my life. Years spent as President of a school P.T.A. led to my involvement with the Board of Directors for the Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board where I assumed the role of President in 2007.

Other career achievements include being inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, being honoured with a Realtor Care Foundation Fellowship, and proudly receiving the Ontario Real Estate Association Volunteer of the Year for 2010.

My board experience has honed my negotiating skills and allowed me to stay abreast of industry standards and trends.
